A Night With the Artist

A Night with the Artist is an immersive evening hosted by local creative collective Scope Renfrewshire as part of Paisley Arts Festival. Set within the Arts Centre, the event brings together four established artists presenting tried, tested and triumphant works alongside candid, vox-pop style reflections on making art in Paisley. Moving through themes of punk, prose, struggle and possibility, the evening explores the town’s creative past and its potential futures. The night concludes with a panel discussion and audience Q&A, asking a bold, vital question: based on Paisley’s political and social history, what does the future hold for art, and what does Paisley deserve it to be?Refreshments provided.
